The initial review is free.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the success fee is 30% of recovered credits. The fee applies only after you approve moving forward and credits are recovered. If nothing is recovered, you owe $0.

There is no guarantee that a review will find a recoverable issue or that your 3PL will issue a credit.

Findings are prepared from the documents provided and are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You decide whether to send any dispute packet or request to your 3PL. Nothing is sent to a 3PL automatically.

The service is manual-first. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the files and context you submit.
